Who We Are
Bonner Appraisal Service is an independent, fee-based, residential real estate appraisal firm located in
Jamestown, New York, in southeastern Chautauqua County. We have been providing our clients with
exceptional service since 1997.
What We Do
We strive to provide our clients with quality appraisal reports completed in a timely manner adhering
to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We utilize the most up-to-date
appraisal software with emailing, digital photography, and digital signature capabilities.
